How do I login?
If you are already an ASTCT member or have an account with us, log in with your username and password. If you're new to ASTCT and the Learning Center, you can join as an ASTCT member and get access to discounts on Learning Center content, or create an account as a guest to access content on the Learning Center. E-mail info@astct.org if you have trouble logging in.

How do I find a product?
You can browse the Learning Center product by Category, which means the topic the education content is about, or by Type, which can encompass the format of the education product (webinar, town hall, publication, etc.) or which professional credential the content is geared to (Physician, Nursing, Pharmacist, etc.). If you know the title or keywords of the product you are trying to find, you can use the keyword search function in the menu on the right hand side of the home page.

How do I register for a product?
First, you must be logged in on your account as an ASTCT member or guest. Then, you will see a green button on the product page that says “Register”. If a product is free for you to access, you will automatically be able to access the content. If you need to pay to access the content, it will be added to your cart until you check out. At that point you will be able to access the product’s content. What do I do if I experience a problem when I'm logged into a webinar/session? If you are already logged into a webinar and experience a problem (slides stop advancing, streaming audio stops/fails, etc.), please follow the steps below:

1.    Try clicking the “Refresh" button in your web browser. It looks like a circle with arrows.
2.    Clear the cache in your web browser. Then close your web browser completely. Open your web browser again and try logging into the event/archive again.
3.    If none of the above steps resolve the issues, try reinstalling the Adobe Flash software by visiting http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Where do I find all the products I attended/registered for?
You will see all the products for which you are registered and all the sessions added to your account on your dashboard. You can access the dashboard by navigating to the dropdown of “My Content” in the menu on the right hand side of the homepage.

How are the products on the “Recommended For You" feature selected?
In your learning profile, there is a table called “Interest in Categories." These options mirror the categories in the catalog. All the products populated on your “Recommended For You" widget are selected based on the categories you selected in your profile.

How do I edit my Learning Profile?
When you are logged into the ASTCT Learning Center, click "My Content" and then “Learning Profile". In your learning profile, you should see “Click here to edit your profile" above your e-mail address. Click the link to be directed to the page where you can update the information shown in your profile.

What is your refund policy/how can I request a refund?
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail info@astct.org and include:

1) Your name
2) The name of the product for which you would like a refund
3) the reason you are requesting a refund.
