• Recognize bronchiectasis as a potential manifestation of chronic pulmonary GVHD/bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS).
• Interpret imaging and pulmonary function findings in the context of chronic lung GVHD.
• Discuss therapeutic challenges in refractory pulmonary chronic GVHD and explore emerging treatment strategies.
