- Graft sources – PBSC, BM, Cord blood
- HLA typing
- Assessing transplant readiness
- Co-morbidity score and impact on treatment related mortality
- Transplant timeline (conditioning, product infusion, supportive care including transfusions/growth factors, engraftment)
- Maintenance therapy
