Busulfan Harmonization Education

This education course on the busulfan plasma exposure unit (BPEU) global standardization includes three comprehensive sections with supplemental resources to assist BMT pharmacists with understanding the conversion, minimize dosing errors, and promote more streamlined evaluations between the exposure of busulfan and HCT outcomes.
