Palliative and Supportive Care Needs of Patients Undergoing HSCT and Adoptive Cellular Therapy

This webinar is the first in a series of three presented by the ASTCT Palliative Care SIG. The speakers will share their insight as to the unique palliative and supportive care needs of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and adoptive cellular therapy, the impact of this care, and explore models of integration.

While the integration of palliative and supportive care to HCT patients is known to benefit patients, not all institutions have developed palliative care programs. This webinar series is intended to inform participants of relevant palliative care studies and describe palliative care models in order to equip them with tools needed to integrate palliative care in to HCT therapy.
