This session focuses on proactive approaches to minimize complications associated with reduced-toxicity conditioning. Faculty will present strategies for pre-transplant risk assessment, evidence-based monitoring protocols, prevention strategies, and structured management algorithms for key complications that may arise during and after conditioning.
